Welcome to Chao Yunsong International Film, TV and Media Co., Ltd. ('the Company'). By accessing or using our website, apps, short-drama platform, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. 用户资格 / User Eligibility

您必须年满18岁或在监护人许可下才能使用本服务。若平台涉及付费、分成或创作者合作，您需具备合法主体资格。
You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to use our services. If the platform involves payment, revenue sharing, or creator partnerships, you must have legal capacity as an individual or entity.

3. 服务内容 / Services Provided

本公司主要提供：
- 影视剧、电影、广告片的制作与发行；
- 短剧运营平台（创作者入驻、短剧发行、分账与推广服务）；
- 宣传、媒体及创意服务。

Our services include but are not limited to:
- Production and distribution of films, TV dramas, and advertisements;
- Short-drama platform (creator onboarding, drama distribution, revenue sharing, and promotion services);
- Media promotion and creative services.

4. 用户义务 / User Obligations

用户不得：
- 上传、发布违法、侵权或低俗短剧内容；
- 未经授权转载或传播他人作品；
- 利用平台进行刷量、虚假宣传或欺诈行为。

Users agree not to:
- Upload or publish illegal, infringing, or vulgar short-drama content;
- Reproduce or distribute others’ works without authorization;
- Manipulate traffic, engage in false promotion, or fraudulent activities.

5. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

短剧及其他影视作品的版权由原作者或本公司享有。创作者上传的短剧默认授予本公司在平台内传播、推广和商业合作的非独占许可。
Copyrights of short dramas and other media works belong to the original creators or the Company. By uploading, creators grant the Company a non-exclusive license to distribute, promote, and commercialize the work within the platform.

6. 免责声明 / Disclaimer

平台仅作为短剧展示与运营渠道，不对创作者内容的真实性、合法性承担保证。用户因内容或交易引发的争议，由相关责任方自行承担。
The platform serves as a channel for short-drama distribution and operation. We do not guarantee the authenticity or legality of user-generated content. Any disputes arising from such content or transactions shall be borne by the responsible party.

7. 适用法律 / Governing Law

本条款受柬埔寨法律管辖，任何争议应提交柬埔寨法院解决。
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Cambodian courts.
